Frame
Subject to normal wear and tear, and subject to adherence to our care instructions, Farmhouse frames will give good service for at least 10 years. If the frame fails within that time, and if it has not been subject to unfair wear and tear, we undertake to repair the frame.
Farmhouse frames are made from sustainably sourced hardwoods and the type of wood (Beech, Iroko, Birch etc) can vary according to supply.
Springs
Subject to normal wear and tear, and subject to adherence to Farmhouse care instructions, our springs will give good service for 5 years. If a spring fail within that time, and if it has not been subject to unfair wear and tear, we undertake to repair.
Fabrics
Fabric is from the Romo Linara range. Guaranteed for 1 year from delivery subject to fair wear and tear and subject to adherence to Farmhouse care instructions. Customer’s attention must be drawn to these guidelines. No warranty is offered for any deterioration caused by sunlight.
We do not accept responsibility for fabric failure arising from cleaning, or from the introduction of 3rd party treatments, except where such treatments are specifically recommended and approved by us.
Customers own material (COM) – no warranty offered and no liability accepted by Farmhouse.
Cushion fillings
Guaranteed for 1 year from delivery subject to fair wear and tear and subject to adherence to Farmhouse care instructions. Customer’s attention must be drawn to the need to plump and turn cushions regularly.
