Blueberry & Spinach Breakfast Smoothie

Serves: 1 large or 2 small smoothies

Ingredients

3 tablespoons porridge oats
30g fresh spinach
170g frozen blueberries
90g Greek Style natural yoghurt
80ml semi skimmed milk
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Method

1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 

2. Serve immediately.
